3485987 - Key User Extensibility Transports option is disabled in Customizing Tenant of Development System(3SL) - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Key User Extensibility Transport is inactive in Customizing Tenant.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to Extensibility Settings app
2. Check the "Key User Extensibility Transports" button

There are two possible causes for this issue:

1. 
   There is not a available Test System. As currently there is no target system available for transporting, is not possible to transport any Key User Extensibility Transport and therefore it's deactivated for now.
   
   OR
2. This is a Cloud Starter Edition or Sales Demo Partner tenant. Extension items that are created in this S/4HANA system cannot be transported into other systems. Extension items that were created in this SAP S/4HANA system get lost as soon as system is decommissioned. 

1. As soon as the Quality System is activated, the Key User Extensibility Transports will be available and it's possible to export software collections. Contact SAP Contact to know more details about the Test System provisioning.
   
   
   
2. It's not possible to transport items in these type of tenants.
