Symptom

When clicking "Renew Trust" in SAP BTP Cockpit -> Connectivity section, the error "Failed to renew trust. Reason: . Please retry later" is thrown.

The HTTP Trace while renewing trust shows a request "https://<region>.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap/ajax/cf-<DataCenter>/<SubaccountID>/destinationsdispatchercf/<SubaccountID>/<GlobalAccount>/undefined/renewpk/tenant" " resulting in 403 response.
