3486020 - Joule in SuccessFactors - "Processing Error" occurs in Create Cash Award Use Case

Symptom

"Processing Error" occurs in Create Cash Award Joule use cases:

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Joule

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User login to SuccessFactors and launch Joule
  2. User inputs " Create Cash Award" / 'Create Cash Award for XXX" to trigger create cash award Joule use cases
  3. Joule returns "Processing Error" in response.

Correct Result - award program picture displays correctly:

Error Result - "Processing Error" happens:

Resolution

This is due to when icon/picture for award program size is too large, Joule will return processing error. 

Workaround: Please reduce the icon / picture of award program size not larger than 250kb, will make sure the picture can be displayed correctly.
