3486064 - E-Verify Case Details not showing the latest E-Verify case manually created - Onboarding

Manually created E-Verify case task is not displayed on the dashboard. Instead, the E-Verify case automatically triggered by the system is displayed on the dashboard.

The first E-Verify case was automatically triggered after the I9 workflow and was closed, while the latest E-Verify case was created manually via Create E-Verify Case.

Manually created E-Verify cases will not be displayed on the dashboard. This is an expected behavior.

The Onboarding Dashboard only shows data linked to the Onboarding process. Manual E-Verify is never linked to the Onboarding process so it will not be displayed on the dashboard.
This is the expected behavior for manual E-Verify cases.
