User notice multiple entries for Employees on Particular days In Employee Time Profile Report

1. Go to Time administration Work Center
2. Navigate to reports View
3. Choose Report Type "Employee Time Profile"
4. Select "Click here to start the report"

Employee Time Profile Report Entry Appear Twice for an Employee on Particular days.

This is the standard system design when Work Schedule is not maintained in correct form.

1. Go to Time Administrator Work Center.
2. Navigate to Employees View
3. Choose affected Employee ID
4. Select Edit
5. Navigate to Time Profile View
6. Choose Valid Time Profile
7. Go to Work Schedule Tab
8. Navigate under Individual Work Schedule and check work scheduled maintained for Employee

Potential Scenario:
If Employee has maintained work schedule as Daily model for two weeks which consists of 14 days then in the report entries are shown twice for an employee on particular date.

There is no other way to restrict the multiple records shown in report, if user is maintaining Daily model for more than a week.
