Cause
Any Third-party add-in (which include all other Add-ins - Apart from Microsoft) has this limitation in New-Outlook.
Resolution
SAP recommends to use the Desktop Outlook Version until further updates from Microsoft are released on the new Outlook UI, to ensure a the Plugin functionality.
