Symptom
CDS view is not visible while creating a model in SAC.
Environment
- SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise)
- Import S/4HANA (On-premise)
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC.
- Under side navigation, go to Modeler.
- Choose the connection.
- Search for the custom CDS view.
Notice that it shows no result.
Resolution
To access the CDS view in SAC, kindly follow the below steps :
- Login to S/4HANA system.
- Enter transaction /n/iwfnd/maint_service.
- Select service available in the list of OData services.
- Click on 'Load Metadata' button.
