Resolution
As per the Standard product design, we don't have the feasibility to tailor the font type and size of content via email service (Define email content).
If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
