3486427 - Training Planner - Text in non-English locale causes scroll bar

When a user has the following:

• Access to training planner
• Is a manager
• Is a training manager for an organization

If user's locale is not set to a non-English locale such as Spanish, the title text field on the tiles of the Training Planner section causes a scroll bar to appear. The scroll-bar cannot be used to read all the information.
