3486512 - A specific cost center group cannot be selected for a segment in an allocation cycle

Some of the cost center groups are not visible under Allocation Segment during the allocation cycle creation.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Login to S/4HANA Cloud and open the application "Allocation Management".
2. Open the allocation cycle.
3. Open the segment of the target allocation cycle.
4. Press "Edit".
5. In the "Senders" tab, set the Value Type of the Cost Center to Group.
6. Open the input help.
7. The target Cost Center group does not appear.

If the validity of the cost center hierarchy is bigger than validity of the cycle and the cost center hierarchy is active it shall be visible/available in the sender/receiver key field group value help. Otherwise they are not visible.

Adjust the from date of the Cost Center Hierarchies accordingly so that the Cost Center Groups are correctly displayed.

Changing From Date for the Allocation Cycle is not possible. You can also consider to create new Allocation Cycle.
