3486615 - Initial sync fails with destination mapping error in SAP Servcie and Asset Manager

Symptom

Initial sync fails after login to SAP Service and Asset Manager application (SSAM) application with errors:

  • The incoming path /DEST_SAMxxxx_ONLINE_PPROP/ is not mapped to a Destination. Rejecting the request with 404 (not found).
  • Error caused by: Retrieve metadata failed because the OData server returned HTTP code 404, with message: Failed to find a matched endpoint
