3486691 - Composite (Zip) Data Upload is Importing the data without validation

Composite (Zip) Data Upload in Import Employee data (Basic User Info, Personal Info, Person Info, Job info, Comp info, etc. files) is Importing successfully without validation.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• SAP HCM Suite

1. Go to Import employee data.
2. Select Entity: Composite (Zip) Data Upload.
3. Select the import file that is compressed/zipped with more than one import file (Such as Basic User Info, Personal Info, Personal Info, Job Info, Comp Info, etc. files).
4. Click the validate import data file button (does not validate).
5. Go to the Scheduled Job Manager.
6. The job is executed and the changes are reflected in the instance.

• Currently, It is considered as a product gap.
• Please refer to this Enhancement for a fix in future version ECT-238151. Customer can contact their CSM to track this reference number.
• The only possible workaround as of now is to validate the Import files present in the Zip File individually and later import them as zip files but not validate them in the Composite Zip Upload.
