3486730 - Connection from users frontend not working to a repository on transaction OAC0

Symptom

The test URL executed with RFC destination SAPHTTPA on report RSHTTP20 (refer to KBA 3410663), it will work correctly, whereas not working with RFC destination SAPHTTP.
The repository is defined in transaction OAC0 with type "HTTP content server".
