3486853 - The mobile preview in Manage Banner Image has the logo cropped

In Mobile portrait the preview is not displaying the banner correctly, the logo is cropped

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Upload the background image in Manage Home Page -> Manage Banner Image -> Mobile Portrait
2. Upload the logo for mobile in Enable Mobile Features, make sure to save the changes
3. Go back to Manage Home Page -> Manage Banner Image
4. Notice that for Mobile Portrait the preview is not correct, the logo is cropped

The logo container in the Manage Mobile Banner preview for mobile has a fixed width and height, meaning the logos which do not follow a certain aspect ratio can be cropped.

• Please note this is only seen in the preview under Manage Home Page > Manage Banner Image -> Mobile portrait. On the device itself for the end user it is displayed correctly
• Currently this behavior is known by Engineering team, however due to incoming changes in future releases, the behavior will be expected until then
