3487068 - How to hide Create Talent Pool button? - Recruiting Management

Is there a way to hide the "Create Talent Pool" button from users in Recruiting, so they cannot create new pools?

This button can be hidden via Role-based permissions (RBP).

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles
2. Select the role name
3. Under MDF Recruiting Permissions > uncheck the Edit option

Notes:

• Important: By removing this option, the user will also do not have permission to edit any pools in Recruiting > Candidates > Talent Pools.
• The user still be able to select and add candidates from the Applicant Workbench in the job requisitions to the existing talent pools.
