3487100 - DBA Cockpit error on System waits option

Symptom

  • Migration ASE database from 16.0.03.09 to 16.0.04.06, Click DBAcockipt -> <Database sid>  -> Performance tab 
    there was an option under Performance tab > System Time Breakdown, and after the migration the option changed to Performance tab > System Waits.
  • Click DBAcockipt -> <Database sid>  -> Performance tab > System Waits got error below

       [ASE Error SQL2812]Stored procedure 'saptools..SP_DBH_SYSWAITS' not found. 
       Unable to call procedure 'saptools..SP_DBH_SYSWAITS'!

  • No object 'SP_DBH_SYSWAITS' in saptools db.
