'onChange' rules for Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment is not unified to respect Edit UI (MSS/ESS) rule context.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Assignment

Prerequisite - Configure an 'onChange' rule for the field and set the rule context for Edit UI (MSS / ESS) as ‘No’. 

1. Navigate to any employee profile.
2. From Take Action > Add Concurrent Employment.
3. Fill all the details and navigate to the field where the 'onChange' rule is added and rule context for Edit UI (MSS / ESS) is set as ‘No’. 
4. Observe that the 'onChange' event was triggered successfully.

1. Currently 'onSave' rules will respect Edit UI (MSS/ESS) rule context for both Global Assignment and Concurrent Employment.
2. This issue will be fixed in 2H 2024 release.
