3487106 - Database Export via SWPM Fails with Memory Error (OOM)

Symptom

You face an error when using SWPM to prepare an export of the database instance.

Failed with memory issue:

Database access error: SAP DBTech JDBC: [4]: cannot allocate enough memory: Out of memory on query fetch 

In the jload traces, you may see errors like:
