3487176 - Error "Submit variables failed" when opening a SAC story

The SAC story on live 'BW' query fails to load data with the following message in the widget, "Unable to retrieve data from the data source". A pop-up error message "Submit variables failed" is displayed. When the prompt is opened and the values are input, and click the "Set" button, a new pop-up error message "A Server error has occurred, and the values cannot be processed" is displayed. The same BW query works fine in the'Data Analyzer, 'Analysis for Office', and 'RSRT' with the same variable prompt values.
