When creating product in APP MM01/create material, the error message M3318 - "Number & not defined for material type &" appears.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
The external number assigned is not within corresponding external number range. SSCUI 102282 Define Number Ranges for Each Material Type is 'current setting' configuration activity, the number range could not be transferred.
Resolution
It is suggested to reconfigure SSCUI 102282 Define Number Ranges for Each Material Type in current system in order to create product successfully.
