3487357 - Email address for an existing customer is maintained no change pointer is created

Symptom

  • When an email address for an existing customer is maintained no change pointer is created meaning the GTS transfer process (via program RBDMIDOC and message type /SAPSLL/ADRMAS_SLL) cannot determine the new data, and therefore the email address is not replicated to the GTS environment.
  • The change pointer is created as expected when an already existing email address is updated.
