When attempting to import a Role-Mapped Skills file, receive an error:

• SAP SuccessFactors Job Profile Builder
• SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework

1. Log in to SuccessFactors
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Manage Job Profile Content Import/Export
3. In the Type dropdown, select Family-Family Competencies
4. Select Browse > select your file
5. Select Import
6. Navigate to Admin Center > Tools > Scheduled Job Manager
7. Locate the MDF Data Import job and select View Details
8. Open the file and it shows the error

This is a known issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).

Workarounds

- Manually map the competency to the role via Manage Job Profile Content 

- Use the attached Family-Family Competencies.csv template to import these mappings
