Is this possible to configure the Personal Data Collection, Additional Data Collection in the same step of Review New Hire Data?

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

• The "Review New Hire Data" step cannot be set in the same stage as the "Personal Data Collection" due to the system's logic for these features. This is also why it's not possible to trigger "Review New Hire Data" after "Personal Data Collection".
• The "Personal Data Collection" step cannot be set in the same stage as the "Additional Data Collection" due to the system's logic for these features.
