3487607 - Technical names of fields change in SAC after redeployment of Analytic Model in SAP Datasphere

Symptom

  • After Analytic Model deployment on SAP Datasphere, the technical names of the dimensions change - and cause corresponding SAP Analytics Cloud charts to break. 
  • The fields in SAC needs to be modified manually in order to match with the "new" dimension technical ID/name on the Datasphere side.
    For example:
    The field Billing Mgr has the technical name ProjAcct∞5, which comes from an associated dimension in Datasphere.
    The suffix-ed numbers in the technical name change after redeployment.
