3487609 - Crossboarding employees don't appear on the Onboarding Dashboard when the date of the Crossboarding aligns with a job info event - Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Initiate Crossboarding to the candidate 
2. The Onboarding Process is not created in Dashboard
3. Go to Employee Central > Job Information > History > There is a entry registered with the same date of the Crossboarding
4. Go to BPE: Monitor Processes > Filter by variables > userSysId=[candidate user id]
5. The process was created and finished at the same day
6. Go to Variables in BPE > Copy the Process Initiation ID
7. Go to Manage Data > Process Trigger > Paste the ID
8. See that the process status is "Internal Hire Process Completed"

There is an existing entry for the candidate in the job info. When the process was created, the system identified the previous entry and marked the Onboarding process as completed.

To resolve the issue follow the steps below:

1. Delete the specific EC previous entries with the same date as the Crossboarding.
2. Initiate the Crossboarding Process again for the candidate. If you can't initiate from the same requisition, you can consider the following options:
   • Create a new requisition and initiate the candidate, or, initiate the candidate from the EC profile. 

Alternatively:

To permanently fix the issue the mapping between Event Reasons and the Event will need to be set.
