SAP SuccessFactors HCM

1. Proceed with the DRTM Master data Purge on Data Retention Management
2. After the Purge is completed, go to Import and Export Data > Export Data, select the custom MDF object on Select Generic Object field an export it

Once you open the file, you can see records from users that were already soft purged (DRTM Master Data Purge).

Additional configuration is needed to purge records from custom MDF object records. Without this configuration, no purge will happen. Please refer to the following Help Guide:

The configuration needs to be done before proceeding with DRTM Master Data Purge. 

In case the users were already soft purged and you want to proceed with deleting these custom MDF object records, please follow these steps: 

1. Go to Import and Export Data and export the custom MDF object
2. Once you have the exported file, clear the file in order to keep only the values that you want to delete, add 'DELETE' as operator in the first column ([OPERATOR]) and save the file
3. After that, on Import and Export Data, import the file selecting the custom MDF object

After this, you can export the custom object again to verify if the records are not displayed anymore. 

NOTE: In case this is a parent-child association, you can follow the above mentioned steps exporting and importing the parent custom MDF object.
