3487621 - Replication Flow fails : "No source partition is available" due to Subscription authorization issues

Replication Flow of CDS views and other objects fails for both Load Types: "Initial only" or "Initial+Delta" with the error message, as per Data Integration Monitor in SAP Datasphere :

• "No source partition is available. Replication runs will restart on DD-MM-YYYY at HH:MM:SS UTC."
• "No source data is available for replication. Replication runs will restart on DD-MM-YYYY at HH:MM:SS UTC."
• The status is:  "Running" and/or " Active (Retrying)" ;  "Partitioning Initial Load"
• The corresponding error raised in SLG1 is one of the following messages:
  • Subscription interface error / User <username> is not authorized to process changes for subscriber RMS  
  • User XXX is not authorized to access <CDS view> for subscriber RMS
  • User XXX is not authorized to record changes for subscriber RMS

• SAP Datasphere as the target / subscriber;
• SAP S/4HANA as the source / provider;
