3487629 - Not possible to cancel a Promotion replicated from External System

You cannot cancel the Promotion that was replicated externally. 

SAP Cloud for Customer 

1. Go to Sales Campaign Workcenter.
2. Open Promotions view.
3. Open Promotion ABC (which is the one that should be cancelled). 
4. The Cancel button is grayed out. 

It is not allowed to cancel promotions replicated from external systems. 

This is the current system behavior of SAP Cloud for Customer.
