3487646 - "No connection established yet" shown in the HANA Connection field of the Agent Status menu - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

Symptom

  • Data provisioning agents configured for Datasphere do not reflect a successful connection status when checking the Agent Status via agentcli.sh --configAgent or agentcli.bat --configAgent.
  • Depending on how the agentcli was opened, the appearance may vary slightly:
    • Windows CMD: "HANA Connection          [31mNo connection established yet.[0m"
    • Windows Powershell, or Linux terminal: "HANA Connection          No connection established yet."
