3487655 - Central Finance: When using special character, it is not being saved at Target and is having character #

Symptom

When replicating data from Source to Target, a special character is for example "Č" is being changed to "#".

It can also happening when uploading mappings using transaction "FINS_CFIN_MAP_MANAGE".
