3487702 - Import financial plan data to WBS elements with Processing Status: Closed

Plan data is allowed to be uploaded for closed project via APP 'Import Financial Plan Data'.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

This is current system design, the standard master data checks are limited on plan data and cannot be compared with the checks on actual data.
This is a design decision to make planning as flexible as possible.

As a workaround, kindly use the Substitution/Validation Rules Tool to implement own checks and master data validations in S/4HANA Cloud.
