3487745 - Actual Utilization Field Showing 0% When Project View is Added

When you load the standard Actual Utilization report with a Project View, you observe that the Actual Utilization field is displaying 0%.

1. Go to the Business Analytics work center.
2. Access the Design Reports work center view.
3. Locate and open the Actual Utilization report.
4. Input the mandatory key figures.
5. Run the report.
6. Actual Utilization % is displayed as expected for respective employees.
7. Now add Project field  in Row field.
8. Run the report
9. Value for Actual Utilization column is displaying as 0%.

The Actual Utilization formula is calculated only when the project field is not selected in the selection/filter.

This is a Standard system behavior
