Matrix reports are not displayed in people selector by default in latest goal management.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Log into instance and navigate to goal module.
2. The "People Selector" panel on the left expands by default.
3. Notice that "Matrix reports" are not displayed, although the user has matrix reports.

The user does not have Employee Data > Employee profile > Matrix Manager view permission over him/herself and his/her matrix reports.

Please grant the user Employee Data > Employee profile > Matrix Manager view permission over him/herself and his/her matrix reports.

*The same logic also applies to the "Manager" field.
