3488029 - [Onboarding] Final Review Step Not Triggered For Internal Hire Process

As per the latest enhancement in 1H 2024 when we try to configure the Final Review step for Internal Hire Process, we are unable to see the candidates in the Final Review Step.

• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Created a process variant for Internal Hire process which includes the Final Review Step.
2. Started the internal hire process for candidate.
3. Complete all the process tasks as per the variant.
4. But Final review step is not getting triggered/not available in the Onboarding Dashboard.

It is a expected behavior and final review step is not supported for internal hire process.

• As per the standard product design, we don't have any feasibility to have a Final Review Step for Internal Hire Process.
• If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
