Job AGSDVMAS_EX_<SID_CLIENT>_CLOUD cancels and the following error message is present in the job's log:

The user SOLMAN_BTC used the destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL as S-user S123456789.
Error sending data to SAP: HTTP error 401 when sending data to SAP via destination SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL
Job terminated after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE
