3488087 - Not Possible to Enter a Note in Inspection

You are working with an Inspection, and notice that in the Results tab it is not possible to enter a note, as the Notes field is greyed out.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Quality Control work center.
2. Enter the Inspections view.
3. Search for the inspection.
4. Select it and click on the Edit button.
5. Navigate to the Results tab.

Here you can see that the Notes field is disabled by default.

Notes require an inspection defect entry.

In order to insert a note, you must click on the Add Row button in the Inspection Defects section.
