3488225 - Error "Time Agreement Item Deletion Not Possible; Employee Times Exist" When Trying to Replicate Employee between SAP Business ByDesign and Success Factors.

You have started an Employee Replication Run between SAP Business ByDesign and Success Factors, however the system is returning the error below:

"Time Agreement Item Deletion Not Possible; Employee Times Exist".

SAP Business ByDesign.

1. Go to Master Data Replication work center.
2. Then go to the Employees view.
3. Press actions > Upload data from employee central.
4. Press upload data > fill in employee ID and maintain current date.
5. The integration now retrieves the latest data from SF for employee.
6. Open the employee replication file by pressing edit.
7. Press Replicate.
8. System shows the mentioned error message.

The reason for the issue is that, when we tried to query or upload an employee from the success factor to SAP Business ByDesign, we discovered that only one employment record was being retrieved from the success factor side to BYD.

In normal case, it should show 2 records in the employment section.

When we debug the issue, we found that only one employment record is coming from success factor side and same record is showing in the UI.

We simulated the identical situation within our internal system as well. Here, we are receiving all of the employment data from the success factor, and the same records it is showing in the UI as well.

Please raise a case to the Success Factor Support team for further investigation.
