3488233 - Can't find 'Notification' section in app Manage Workflows for Journal Entry Verification

Symptom

Missing Notifications section in app F2720 Manage Workflows for Journal Entry Verification - In General Ledger

Reproducing the Issue

1. Open app "Manage Workflows for Journal Entry Verification - In General Ledger" (F2720).

2. Select "Create"

3. The expected Notifications section is not displayed.

Cause

Missing configuration

Resolution

Previous configuration steps at app "Maintain E-mail Templates" have to be performed.

As explained at the relevant section of the SAP Help Portal for "Setting up Email Notification for Verification Workflow" , 'Notifications' is available only when configuration to copy email notification for processors or submitters at fiori app "Maintain E-mail Templates" (F1306) is finished.
