3488309 - Option ID is being shown instead of label in UDF - Employee Central

HRIS Sync Mapping has been configured between an EC field with picklist and an EP field.

Field is showing the picklist label in EC, however in EP field the Option ID is being displayed.

1. Configure a HRIS Sync Mapping;
2. Assign a picklist for both EC and EP fields;
3. Add any picklist value for EC field. As soon as it gets synced to the EP field notice that this one is showing the Option ID picklist value instead of the label.

Picklist is added to the EP field.

Whenever a picklist is configured in an EP field and a HRIS Sync Mapping is setup to pull the value from an EC field which has a picklist associated, it will display the Option ID in EP instead of the label.

Expected behavior.

When there is a HRIS Sync Mapping in place, system will fetch the picklist value from EC. Therefore, no picklist should be assigned to the EP field.
