3488361 - The import step of system copy stopped with error "Unknown template section 'noparallel'"

During migrating SAP system via SWPM, the import step stopped with error. In import_monitor.java.log, the message similar with following appeared.

When checking the <package>.LOG of the package mentioned in error message, the error message occurred like following.
