3488426 - Live BW models in SAC Optimized Design Experience mode story could not be replaced properly in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Replace models based on live data connection to BW system in Optimized Design Experience mode story
• After replacing these live BW models, pop-up required to enter the connection username and password pointed to the original models would still appear

• SAP Analytics Cloud: 2024.8.16

1. Log onto SAC
2. Create an Optimized Design Experience mode story based on several live data connection to test BW system models
3. Replace these models with live data connection to production BW system models
4. Open this story again
5. Observe that both pop-ups required to enter the connection username and password pointing to test as well as production BW systems would appear respectively
6. Under the Edit mode of the story, navigate to Tools section in the Tool bar and choose "Add New Data"
   => Observe that this story now contains only models that all point to Production BW system

The occurrence of this issue is due to that this story still has some references to the old model from test BW system after the model replacement, which is the source of the login prompt for the old connection to the test BW system.

• Redoing the model repoint will fix the issue.
• Replace these live data connection to test BW system models with the live data connection to production BW system models again in this story.
