3489471 - DATETIME/TIMESTAMP dimensions will not be displayed according to user profile Date or Time settings in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Consumption of a DATETIME/TIMESTAMP dimension in SAC will display according to the Data Access Language, rather than the user profile Date or Time setting.
• There is one exception for the Time Series Chart which will be formatted based on the profile settings.
