3489477 - Error while subscribing to SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition.

Symptom

  • After accessing "Instances and Subscriptions" section inside the Subaccount, the Work zone instance has a "Subscription Failed" status.
  • After clicking in the "show details" button next to the "subscription failed" status, the following error message appears: "Couldn't subscribe to SAP Build Work Zone, standard edition. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a support case using the component: EP-WZ-SRB".
