3489695 - EWA does not show transport information for CTS+ system for Java System

Within the EWA report of an Java System with active CTS+ you will get the following messages in chapter "Software Change and Transport Management":

• Subchapter: "Number of Changes": "No data from the managed system could be found in the configuration and change database (CCDB). Check whether the diagnostics setup for the managed system has been performed as described in SAP Note 1265070.
  Solution Manager Diagnostics provides valuable features for root cause analysis and is an important data source for various support services.
  The CCDB data is required here to check the configuration of the managed system."
• Subchapter: "Enhanced Change and Transport System (CTS+)": "CTS+ is configured for this system but transport requests are not collected in the Change Diagnostics application of SAP Solution Manager. Therefore, it is not possible to perform a detailed analysis of the transport requests. Repeat the managed system configuration for this system in transaction SOLMAN_SETUP of your Solution Manager. In step "Enter System Parameters", section "CTS+ Reporting", select CTS+ as active and enter the communication system
