Resolution

Compensation Information is mapped and:

  • If the existing PC variant is mapped and data is passed from Recruiting data is updated in EC.
  • If the existing PC is mapped but data is not passed from RCM then previous PC data is deleted in EC, considering the PC is no more valid for the new Job start date.
  • If the existing PC is NOT mapped then the previous PC data is deleted in EC, considering the PC is no longer valid for the new Job start date.
  • If additional PC data (which was not there for the previous Job) is passed from RCM  then additional PC data will be added in EC for the new job.

Compensation Information is not mapped is NOT mapped and if the existing PC is NOT mapped then the previous PC data is retained in EC for the new Job start date.
