3489801 - Turning off sqldbc trace files

Trying to figure out why sqldbc trace files keep reoccurring. 

We've tried turning off sqldbc trace files for debug mode and regardless of what we do they keep reoccurring.

hdbsqldbc_cons TRACE DEBUG OFF

Is there anywhere else we should check to disable? These files are growing sometimes to 200+GB
