Symptom
Employees unable to see/read the complete answer/conversion for their ticket on Service Center (AskHR) from SuccessFactors Mobile App for Android.
Through AskHR web application, you are able to see full conversation. However when you click on conversation, its not showing full conversation.

Resolution
This is by current design, per designer. Once the conversation exceed 3 lines in portrait screen, please view them in landscape screen.
We would encourage you to raise an Enhancement Request for this so that the SFSF Product Management team can look for an option to enhance this feature.
