3490319 - Error ICC_NF_WRITER 015 when trying to upload a file in Fiori App for transaction code J1B1N_IMP

Symptom

You have configured your environment to use the transaction code J1B1N_IMP (Upload Data for NF from MS Excel) to create a Nota Fiscal document using a spreadsheet from the SAP GUI for HTML / Fiori Launchpad / Webgui, however, when you try to upload the file in this Fiori App, it is appearing the error message ICC_NF_WRITER 015 (Selected MS Excel file cannot be uploaded; file path incorrect).

If it is tried to proceed with the same process in the transaction code J1B1N_IMP in the SAP GUI for Windows, it is not occurring any issues.
