3490321 - Settlement Rule is not editable in the app "Display Posting Rules - Event-Based"

Symptom

‘Create’ and ‘Delete’ buttons are missing when editing the Settlement Rule in the app "Display Posting Rules - Event-Based".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to the app Change Production Order and perform a search for the desired order.
2. Go to Menu --> Header --> Settlement Rule.
3. Observe that the 'Create' and 'Delete' buttons are missing.

Cause

By system design, for the ETO(engineer-to-order) production order, settlement receiver is not editable. For MTS(make-to-stock) and MTO(make-to-order), settlement receiver is editable.

Resolution

No further action is required since this feature is by system design.
