3490357 - DP Agent shows disconnected - SAP HANA Smart Data Integration

• DP Agent connect to on premise HANA shows status as disconnected
• DP Agent use TCP connection to HANA
• From DP Agent log, no error, no incoming connection from HANA
• From DP Server trace, show following network error

• Telnet from HANA host to DP agent with listener port is not working
• Telnet from the same network to the DP agent listener port is not working
• Listener port is open for connection from firewall
